No Refunds Policy

All services offered by Mystiqua, including Tarot readings, healing sessions, and other spiritual guidance services, are non-refundable. Once a booking has been made and the service has been provided, we cannot issue a refund under any circumstances.

Why We Have a No Refund Policy

2. Commitment of Time and Resources: Preparing for and conducting a session requires significant time and effort. This commitment begins as soon as a booking is made.

Rescheduling and Cancellation

If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, you may reschedule it by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are considered as completed sessions and will not be eligible for rescheduling
